Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Karon Beach By Ihg, Karon

I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Karon Resort, which is perfectly located near Karon Beach, offering a spacious atmosphere and a fantastic kids' pool with a water slide. The front office staff were standout performers, especially Jane and Nook, who were always responsive to our needs. However, I did notice that some infrastructure issues, like limited activities for older kids and some minor maintenance needs, could use improvement. Overall, it's a nice place to unwind and enjoy time with family.
